The registration fee includes

In the first step, select the participant type (“Regular/Student”).
The system will automatically show you the fees corresponding to the selected participant type and the date of registration (“Early Bird, Regular, Late”).
For Regular Participants, select the fee that applies to your country.
Indicate if you will attend the Gala Dinner (September 3rd, 2020 – €60). If you select “Yes”, the contribution for the Gala Dinner will be automatically added to the total amount to be payed.
Indicate if you will attend the Welcome Reception (September 1st, 2020 – Free).
Click on “Next” to access the second step.
Fill in the form with your contact details. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. For students, a certificate confirming student status must be uploaded.
Indicate if you need the invoice and eventually fill in the form concerning the invoice details. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Important! The billing address and/or VAT number cannot be changed once created.
After submitting your form, you will receive an email including the total amount to be payed and instructions to make the payment.
Companies or organisations wishing to register and pay for a group of participants should contact the Organising Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All payments are to be made in EURO by international bank transfer (free of charge) or by credit card (3,45% will be added for administrative expenses) through the online payment system on this website. Bank details will be sent also by email once registered.
After submitting your online registration form, an automatic confirmation is sent you by email. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your Spam / Bulk / Junk email folder. If you do not receive this confirmation, your registration has not been made successfully; please, contact the Organising Secretariat (email@example.com). Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a further confirmation email.
VISA Invitation Letter
Registered participants can request an invitation letter during the registration process. Letters will only be sent when full payment is received.
Liability and Insurance
By registering to the 18th European Symposium on Suicide and Suicidal Behaviour, participants agree that the Organising Secretariat does not assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel (including accommodation) insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations received by June 30th, 2020 are entitled to receive a full refund with the exception of a € 100,00 administration fee that will be withheld by the conference organisers. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after this date. Concerning the contribution for the Gala Dinner, a € 15,00 cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be granted for same-day cancellation or no-show.
