Even if some European countries are cautiously easing COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, the pandemic is still not under control. In particular, at the present moment, it is difficult to foresee when travel bans worldwide will be lifted.
For this reason, the Scientific and Organising Committees are now aiming at rescheduling the ESSSB18 in late spring 2021.
ESSSB18 is carefully monitoring the situation and new dates will be set as soon as possible.
ESSSB18 will follow the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, as well as those of the Italian health authorities.
